This simple booklet of tips, spread out over 7 days are structured as an email course such that you can concentrate on 1 step for each day of the week; this is something similar to Benjamin Franklin's system of virtues he employed as he learned as a young man a way to set habits in his daily life. These daily habits were the foundation of his success.
